MEET THE TEAM
JASON BARNETT
DIRECTOR | Building Surveyor - Unrestricted
With 15 years of experience in the building industry, I bring a wealth of expertise as a private building surveyor and certifier. I hold a Graduate Diploma of Building Surveying from Bond University and a Diploma of Building Surveying from NSW TAFE.
As a registered building surveyor-unrestricted under NSW Fair Trading, I am also accredited as an unrestricted certifier in Queensland and Victoria.
I’m proud to be a member of the Association of Australian Certifiers (AAC) and the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors (AIBS).
SAMMI BARNETT
ASSISTANT BUILDING SURVEYOR
Sammi is currently studying an Advanced Diploma in Building Surveying and plays a key role at Southern Cross Building Consultants as an Assistant Building Surveyor.
With a background in real estate and account management, Sammi brings a unique skill set in client relationship management and communication. Her focus on client service and project efficiency ensures smooth, compliant outcomes.
Outside of work, Sammi enjoys nature, the outdoors, and adventure, balancing her professional drive with a passion for exploring the world around her.
